By using Orbit Boundaries, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Orbit Boundaries Does
Orbit Boundaries is a personal reflection tool for mapping relationships, logging interactions, and noticing boundary patterns. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, or a substitute for professional help.
Safety
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you are experiencing domestic violence, stalking, self-harm risk, or another urgent safety situation, seek qualified local support. The app cannot monitor your safety or intervene in emergencies.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the exports you create, and the people or services you choose to share information with. Use care when recording sensitive information about yourself or others.
Subscriptions
Orbit Boundaries may offer an optional auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Intellectual Property
OrbitSwell owns the app, website, design, text, and related materials, except for content you enter into the app and third-party materials owned by their respective owners.
No Warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OrbitSwell disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OrbitSwell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when the terms are updated.
