Acceptance
By using an OrbitsWell app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps. Orbit Haven also publishes app-specific terms at orbitswell.com/orbit-haven/terms; where the two differ for Orbit Haven, the app-specific terms apply.
What OrbitsWell Apps Do
OrbitsWell apps are personal reflection tools: Orbit Haven for planning and reflecting on hard plans, Orbit Reflect for journaling, feelings, and goals, and Orbit Boundaries for mapping relationships and noticing boundary patterns. They are not therapy, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, or a substitute for professional help.
Safety
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you are experiencing domestic violence, stalking, self-harm risk, or another urgent safety situation, seek qualified local support. The apps cannot monitor your safety or intervene in emergencies.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the exports you create, and the people or services you choose to share information with. Use care when recording sensitive information about yourself or others. If you use Orbit Reflect's optional bring-your-own-key AI features, you are responsible for your relationship with the AI provider you configure, including their terms and any usage costs.
Purchases
OrbitsWell apps may offer optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases through Apple — such as Haven Plus in Orbit Haven, the Pro unlock in Orbit Reflect, or Lifetime Access in Orbit Boundaries. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. These purchases do not renew automatically. You can restore purchases through the app or manage your Apple purchases in your Apple account settings.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of any app. We aim to keep the apps reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Intellectual Property
OrbitsWell owns the apps, website, design, text, and related materials, except for content you enter into the apps and third-party materials owned by their respective owners.
No Warranty
The apps are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OrbitsWell disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OrbitsWell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when the terms are updated.
